These are Profile Gyro Lite Hubs in Silver 36H. This hub is now discontinued. Only a few in gold left now.
Repop of the Profile Racing Gyrolite II Freewheel Hubs circa 1983. 

Product Highlights:

Hub shell made from 2024 Aluminum.
Solid 3/8 chromo axle with threaded locking collars.
2 Sealed bearings in each hub.
Repop version has 9 holes drilled into the shell as opposed to 8 on the original.
High Polished only, 36 only.
Made at Profile Racing, in the USA in 2016.
Sold as a set only.
